ABOUT MACK
First off, I am an extremely busy father of THREE little boys, a husband, a full time graphic designer, a graphic designer with my own company, a part-time firefighter and I am also a retired pro hockey player who still plays serious senior hockey four times a week.
Having said that, my spare time is minimal and I work long hours on my computer, so hacking is not always my top priority when I get a free minute or two.
A BRIEF HISTORY WITH THE SERIES
When '92 came out my buddy called me over to check it out. I was just amazed. A few months later I began my OHL career and bought a genesis and NHLPA'93 with every nickle and dime I could scrape together. Myself and a few other rookies, [Dan Cloutier and Steve Sullivan amongst others] would head to Sully's house across from school and play '93 tournaments all day. The rest is history.
These classics have stood the test of time and it was so cool to discover about 5-6 years ago we could start updating these games and perhaps even improve upon them. Since then it's grown into a huge community with more hackers, players and leagues.
